County Council Spring Clean

Volunteer Spring Clean

Once the pride and joy of an adoring child who no doubt had many days filled with happiness and adventure, this bike was left to rot in a forest.

Every community in Ireland welcomes volunteers to gather rubbish from the ditches, streams and wild shrubs. As seen here, volunteers pack the rubbish into council green bags which are then collected by the local county council.
